A Setting Sun

During quarantine there was plenty of time to create and it was easy to keep a timeline. But let's face it - pandemic fatigue is real. So in an effort to be more true to myself and my time, I will be sharing blog posts when the inspiration comes and time allows.

There has been a myriad of things I have not been able to do as a result of the pandemic, but sleeping outside is not one of them! This year I have slept outside more than 30 nights, more than any other year. The pandemic has forced me to get creative in how I socialize and in doing so I've gotten to spend more and more time outside with friends, old and new.

I took this shot on my iPhone in the southern section of the Dolly Sods Wilderness in West Virginia. Some friends from work and I found a flat rock, cracked a beer, and sat back while the sunset rolled in. I hope post pandemic this form of socializing remains.
